  • Defining and implementing BI architecture to enable management/monitoring/control of data sources to collate information and maintain a governance structure
  • Streamlining and automation of data handing involving data lineage, business rules for ETL & quality, risk assessment

  • Reduction of manual data handling by staff resulted in increased accuracy and accountability
  • Internal cost for responding to RIN’s decreased [40 staff over 3 months, in addition to their primary work responsibilities]

  • The model was then used to build a self-service reporting platform that provides dynamic dashboards based on each customer’s preferences
